Enquiry details. When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address and message you provide, so we can respond to your enquiry.

Instagram content and insights. With the account owner's authorisation, we access our own Instagram Business account through the Instagram Graph API to display our published posts and their aggregate engagement metrics (such as views, likes, comments and saves) on this website. We do not access, collect or store the personal information of people who view, like or comment on those posts.

Basic usage data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.

We use the information above only to respond to enquiries, display our own portfolio and social content, maintain the security of the site, and improve our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate this website (hosting, email and analytics providers), and where required by law. These providers may only process the data on our instructions.

Access tokens used for the Instagram Graph API are stored encrypted on our server and are never exposed to site visitors. Instagram post data is cached only for as long as needed to display the current feed. Enquiry emails are retained for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw the consent you have given, by emailing admin@acmediaau.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are unhappy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

To request deletion of any data associated with you — including data obtained via the Instagram Graph API — email admin@acmediaau.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised update date.
